Canvas Fabric Sourcing FAQ

MOQ starts from 500 meters for stock fabrics and 3,000 meters for custom production. We accommodate both small trial orders and large volume buyers.

We produce the full 200–470gsm (6–14oz) range. This covers lightweight 200gsm promotional canvas up to heavy-duty 470gsm industrial canvas, woven on 40+ Belgian Picanol GAMMA rapier looms.

We produce 100% Cotton, T/C (polyester-cotton blend, typically 65/35), CVC (Chief Value Cotton, typically 60/40 or 80/20), and 100% Polyester canvas. Custom blend ratios are available for bulk orders.

We weave both plain weave (1/1) and twill weave (2/1, 3/1). Plain weave provides structure and printability; twill weave provides softness and drape. Both are available across our full GSM range.

We offer greige (loomstate), PFD (prepared for dyeing), piece-dyed solid colors, digital/screen printing, and coating (wax, PVC, PU, acrylic, silicone). Water-repellent, flame-retardant, and anti-static finishes are also available by specification.

Yes, free swatch samples are available for all stock products. Custom lab dips for color matching may incur a small fee, refundable upon order placement. Samples typically arrive within 5–7 business days via DHL/FedEx.

Stock fabrics ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity and finishing requirements. We ship FCL/LCL from Shijiazhuang port.

Yes, we offer color matching based on Pantone codes for dyed fabrics. A lab dip is provided for your approval before bulk production begins.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and OEKO-TEX / restricted-substance documentation available by specification. Third-party testing via SGS or Intertek is available on request.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation and 70% against a copy of the Bill of Lading. For larger orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) is available.

We use the 4-point fabric inspection system with AQL 2.5. GSM tolerance is maintained within ±3% on our Picanol GAMMA looms, better than the ±5% industry standard. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is available.

Yes. We accept custom GSM, width, fiber blend, weave, color, and finish specifications. Custom production typically starts from 3,000 meters. Share your target spec and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.

Standard widths are 44", 58", and 60". Wide widths of 72"+ are available for home textile and upholstery applications. Custom widths are possible with MOQ of 5,000+ meters.
