Our Story
Nearly Two Decades of Canvas Expertise
Founded in 2008 in Shijiazhuang — one of China's historic textile hubs — we set out with a simple mission: produce heavyweight canvas that meets the exacting standards of industrial buyers worldwide. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Today, our factory runs over 40 Picanol GAMMA rapier looms imported from Belgium. These are not general-purpose machines. They are engineered specifically for the high warp tension and thick yarn counts that 6oz to 14oz canvas demands. The result is fabric with superior weave consistency, tensile strength and dimensional stability — roll after roll.
We export to 50+ countries across Europe, North America, Asia, South America, and Africa. Our clients range from bag manufacturers in Vietnam and workwear brands in Germany to promotional goods distributors in the US and home textile importers across the EU.
Where We Come From
Shijiazhuang / Hebei — China's Historic Textile Belt
Shijiazhuang sits at the center of one of China's oldest and largest textile-producing regions. The Hebei textile belt has supplied cotton and blended fabrics to domestic and export markets for over a century. For heavyweight canvas manufacturers, this location means direct access to skilled yarn supply, experienced weaving technicians, and a logistics corridor that connects to Tianjin and Shanghai ports for FCL/LCL export shipping worldwide.
Established in Shijiazhuang with a focused mission: produce heavyweight canvas for industrial buyers. Started with a small loom fleet serving domestic bag manufacturers.
Expanded to 20+ Picanol rapier looms. Began EU export operations, serving workwear and promotional product buyers in Germany, France, and the UK.
Reached 40+ Picanol GAMMA looms. Added in-house dyeing and coating capability. Export footprint grew to 50+ countries across five continents.
Full 200–470gsm range. Built certification documentation workflow for EU buyers. Launched specification-based RFQ system for technical fabric sourcing.
